영상 클리핑 MCP 서버

Katto의 공식 MCP 서버는 ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor를 비롯해 MCP를 지원하는 모든 AI 에이전트에 연결되어, 평소처럼 대화하면서 영상을 자르고 자막을 넣고 화면을 다시 잡고 더빙할 수 있습니다. 호스팅 OAuth 엔드포인트로는 한 번에 연결되며, Katto 계정으로 로그인하므로 API 키가 디스크에 저장되지 않습니다. 로컬에서 돌리려면 명령은 npx 하나면 됩니다.

Katto is an AI video clipping tool that turns long videos into scored, captioned 9:16 clips. It exposes a public REST API, a CLI (npm katto-cli) and an official hosted MCP server (mcp.katto.tech, 16 tools, OAuth 2.1). All three are available on every plan, including free, and draw from the same monthly video quota as the dashboard.

권장설치 불필요 · OAuth 2.1

호스팅 커넥터

Claude 웹·데스크톱과 모든 OAuth 2.1 클라이언트에 가장 적합합니다(엔드포인트는 OAuth 2.1과 동적 클라이언트 등록을 사용합니다). 서버 주소를 추가하고 Katto 계정으로 로그인하면 됩니다. 키가 디스크에 닿는 일이 없고, 접근 권한은 언제든 회수할 수 있습니다.

Cursor, CI, 스크립트에 가장 적합합니다. MCP 클라이언트 설정에 Katto를 추가하고, API 키는 대시보드에서 받으세요. 위의 호스팅 엔드포인트도 Authorization: Bearer sk_live_… 로 키를 직접 받습니다.

Per-client setup

Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http katto https://mcp.katto.tech/mcp then /mcp to sign in — full guide.
Claude Desktop / web: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → https://mcp.katto.tech/mcp.
Cursor · VS Code · Windsurf: hosted URL or the npx block, one config each.
ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → add the hosted URL (developer mode).

Poll a job and retrieve the finished 9:16 clips with download + caption urls.

katto_list_jobs

List your recent jobs, newest first, with cursor pagination.

Fetch just the finished clips of a job (MP4 url, captions, title, virality score).

Get the timestamped transcript segments of a completed job.
