30 to 90 seconds by default, and the length you pick is kept

The default clip length was Auto, which left the length to Katto. It is now 30 to 90 seconds: on the create screen, on the welcome screen, on the next-video card and for followed channels. Auto is still there if you prefer it.

The lengths you can choose, under 30, 30 to 60, 30 to 90 and 60 to 90 seconds, used to act as a target that the cutting step could drift past. They are now strict: each clip is fitted inside the range you picked.
