Katto is an AI video clipping service built for long-form creators — podcasters, streamers and interview shows. It downloads a source video, transcribes it, scores every candidate moment on four transparent axes (hook, flow, value, trend), then cuts, captions and reframes the best ones into ready-to-post vertical clips, with optional AI dubbing. Everything runs in Katto's cloud and can be driven from the dashboard, the REST API, the CLI or a hosted MCP server (OAuth 2.1) — one monthly quota of source videos shared across all of them. Katto is built and bootstrapped in Japan by a solo founder.
