How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard, click your profile, and hit Cancel. It takes one click, your Creator access stays active until the end of the billing period.
Where are my clips?
Generated clips are available for 48 hours after processing. Download them promptly, we don't store them permanently.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable per our Terms of Service. If you're experiencing a technical issue preventing you from using the service, describe it below and we'll investigate.
How long does processing take?
About ~5 minutes depending on video length. You can close the tab and come back, your clips will be waiting.
I can't log in
Try resetting your password from the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email. If it still doesn't work, contact us below.
