How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard, click your profile, and hit Cancel. It takes one click — your Creator access stays active until the end of the billing period.
Where are my clips?
Generated clips are available for 48 hours after processing. Download them promptly — we don't store them permanently.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable per our Terms of Service. If you're experiencing a technical issue preventing you from using the service, describe it below and we'll investigate.
How long does processing take?
About ~5 minutes depending on video length. You can close the tab and come back — your clips will be waiting.
I can't log in
Try resetting your password from the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email. If it still doesn't work, contact us below.
