Custom-prompt & topic clipping

Describe the moments you want in plain language, or give keyword topics, and Katto prioritises them on top of the automatic scoring rather than instead of it.

The prompt does not replace the scoring, it weights it. A clip that matches your words but has no hook is still a bad clip, and surfacing it would only teach you to distrust the ranking.

Topics work the same way as a lighter touch: a keyword hit adds to the score, it does not override it.
