Re-exporting an edited clip now takes about 30 seconds on a single render engine, with a live download progress bar, instead of minutes.

The second pass existed to apply edits that the first pass could not. Removing it meant teaching the first one to do both, which is also why the preview and the export now agree.
No time figure here on purpose. We publish measured numbers or none, and the honest measurement for this one depends too much on the clip.
