Remove silences automatically

One click cuts the dead air between words, so a clip that drags becomes one that moves.

The cuts land on speech boundaries detected in the audio, not on a fixed threshold, which is what stops a removed silence from clipping the start of the next word.

Captions and b-roll follow the new timing automatically. A silence remover that leaves the subtitles where they were is worse than none.
