Removing a word removes it from the video, not only from the subtitle. That is the whole point: a filler word you delete in the transcript disappears from the cut.
Inline fixes matter for names. Transcription gets proper nouns wrong, and a name misspelled in burned captions is the kind of error that costs a creator a comment section.
